Matt and Shaina met on a perfect day in sunny South Florida on Fort Lauderdale Beach! Matt showed up on his motorcycle and Shaina was doing what she does best, sunbathing in the sand under the hot sun.

Their first date included conversation on the beach, followed by lunch, and then a cruise on Matt's motorcycle! They both left their first day together feeling smitten.

Shaina was busy preparing for finals and grad school graduation, but she knew she wanted to see Matt again...and Matt waited as patiently as he could to see her again.

Only a few short weeks later, Matt was accompanying Shaina's family at her graduation ceremony. From then on, Shaina and Matt were inseparable and their life together in Florida began.

Their most favorite memories together in Florida include exploring both the East and West coasts of South Florida, the endless fishing adventures, and weekend trips to various beaches!

Despite their unified distaste for cold weather, eventually the couple decided to transition their life together back home to Connecticut. Sharing their life together with their families and closest friends was a chapter they were ready to begin.

Shaina and Matt have accomplished so much since their relationship began, both as individuals and as a couple. They are excited to begin yet another chapter together, and are confident their future as husband and wife will be the greatest adventure yet!
