It all began like any Irish Love Story in the Foundry. He was out with the lads and she was out with the girls. He bought her a drink and it went from there.

On January the 21st 2018 they became official boyfriend and girlfriend. Mc Donalds quickly became the chosen date location when she was on lunch from college.

In the blink of an eye four years had passed and alot had happened.

Countless rugby mathces

Our first holiday abroud to lanzarotie,

Numerous trips to the Zoo,

Several concerts,

Several nights away,

Shopping Trips,

Graduations,

Dinners out,

Nights out,

Regular cinema trips,

Her first GAA match in Croke Park,

His First Trip out of Ireland,

Life during Pandemic,

Him turning 30,

Family weddings,

All lead to a magical trip to Disneyland in Paris in January 2022

A trip to Disneyland in which SHE booked turned into the best holiday ever. On the second day of the trip the most magical moment happened in the most magical place on earth. (I should have known something was up when I seen him in jeans at half seven in the morning and I wasn't aloud near his suitcase). right at the entrance to the park at the fountains, we stopped to take more photos and next thing he was down on one knee with a Disney inspired Cinderella carriage ring in hand and asked her to marry him and obviosity she said YES. We spent the rest of the day in a bubble floating around the park showing the ring off to every poor cast member. Winnie the Pooh being the first person in the world to here our news as it was to early in Ireland to ring home.

Here we are coming up on three years engaged, three years of planning, and its nearly time to say two words which join us as one for ever and we are both so trilled to have you all as part of our journey into married life.

and so begins our whole new world and a happily ever after.
