Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We have limited seating to accommodate for loved ones; please check your RSVP (on this website). Contact Shaley at 901.833.3312 with any questions.

Due to space limitations, we are only allowing immediate family to bring their children.

We have reserved a block of rooms at Holiday Inn and Hampton Inn in Sedalia, MO. Please call for booking under "Leedy/Ivers Wedding" by 03/25/24. Other options include local Airbnb and VRBO.

We encourage you to arrive 15-20 minutes prior to ceremony start time in order to allow for enough time to park and be seated.

The ceremony and reception will both be held at Heritage Ranch. Heritage Ranch Event Venue 23735 Anderson School Rd Sedalia, MO 65301

For the ceremony, front seats will be reserved for immediate family on both sides. Please choose to sit behind reserved rows on either side. For dinner, front table will be reserved for immediate family and wedding party. Please choose to sit at any table other than those reserved.

A parking lot is reserved for guests in front of the venue. Note: cars should not be left overnight; make sure you have a safe way to get home

Weather-permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors with the reception to proceed inside the barn. Space heaters will be available in case of chilly weather.

Semi-Formal: look your best and still be comfortable

We ask that no phones be used during the ceremony. We have a spectacular photographer and plan to share photos as soon as they are available!

A cocktail hour is reserved for signature mixed drinks, and the rest of the evening will be canned drinks only. All drinks provided by the loving parents of the bride & groom (thanks mom & dad)!

A pasta bar accompanied with garden salad and bread. Make sure to save room for cake!

Venue restrictions prohibit the use of marijuana/vape/tobacco use in or around the barn. A designated area for tobacco products only will be reserved in the parking lot.
