Shane worked with Michelle's sisters, Melissa and Allison, at Chevron. Melissa texted Michelle, who was in grad school at the time, if she was on Tinder. Since Michelle was not, Melissa sent her a picture of Shane - to which she replied that "he was cute". Some time later, Shane DM'd Michelle to see if she was interested in going to lunch. When she said yes, he drove to Fullerton to take Michelle out to eat. Two hours later and two full bellies of amazing Greek food, there was a definite connection, and the rest is history!
