A shuttle bus will arrive at the hotel promptly at 2:15 p.m. to take guests at 2:30 p.m. to the venue before the ceremony at 3:30 p.m. (30 minute drive). The shuttle bus will return to the venue around 7:30 p.m. and will begin shuttling guests back to the hotel as-needed until 10 p.m.

You may request an "early check-in" when you book your hotel room if you plan on checking in the day of the wedding (rooms are available for check-in starting on Friday, October 6th). This will allow you to check-in at 2 p.m. BASED OFF OF AVAILABILITY. It is not guaranteed that the hotel will be able to accommodate guests checking in prior to regular check-in time, which is 3 p.m.

You will not be permitted "early check-in" if you do not request it WHEN YOU BOOK YOUR ROOM. And again, it is not guaranteed. Please do not show up the day of check-in and request an "early check-in" because you will be denied.

There is plenty of parking at the venue. The shuttle bus is to eliminate guests from drinking and driving. If you have reserved a hotel room and you have a designated driver, you do not need to ride the shuttle bus if you do not want to. The shuttle bus is large enough to accommodate all of the guests staying at the hotel for the wedding.

If you plan on taking the shuttle bus to and from the wedding venue, please plan accordingly. Please arrive to the hotel NO LATER than 2:15 p.m. if you plan on taking the shuttle bus. The bus will arrive at 2:15 p.m. to start loading guests.

If you are not able to get an "early check-in," you can leave your belongings in your vehicle, take the shuttle bus to the venue for the wedding, and check-in to your room when everyone returns at the end of the night.

The bus will leave promptly at 2:30 p.m. to take guests to the wedding venue. It is about a 30 minute drive from the hotel to the venue. If you are not on the bus by 2:30 p.m., you will be responsible for your own transportation to the wedding.

Guests who arrive after the ceremony has started will not be permitted to enter the ceremony site and will have to wait until the cocktail hour begins around 4 p.m. to join other guests.
