Our Wedding

We first met at M&amp;S back in 2017, where we sparked something special. By the summer of 2018, our story officially began, what started as who's the mystery woman from Marks and who's hidden jewels brought us to this day. It wasn’t long before we became the Three Musketeers with Brooke by our side. And then, in January 2023, our lives changed again when our little man, Tadhg, came into our lives. Now, we're getting ready to tie the knot in a city that holds a special place in all our hearts—Manchester. It’s always been Elaine’s home away from home, a place Shane and Brooke adore (especially Old Trafford!), and soon, Tadhg will too… hopefully Manchester United give him something to cheer about by then! We hope you can all join us for our big day, to dance, drink, laugh, and make memories with us as we start this next chapter together. Here’s to love, laughter, and a lifetime of making memories. Our wedding will take place in Hotel Football Sir Matt Busby Way, Trafford, Manchester, England. Ceremony will begin at 12 p.m followed by a reception. Meal will take place at 3.00 p.m followed by drinks, dancing and an evening full of celebration. If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know when you RSVP so we can accommodate your needs. Bookings to stay in Hotel Football at a discounted rate are available in the link below. Slight change of plan to day 2. Day 2 will now take place in St Alphonses Parish Centre,Powell St, Old Trafford, Stretford, Manchester M16 7QQ. It is located less than a 10 minute drive from Hotel Football. There will be a DJ, food, drinks and karaoke on the day. Day 2 will start at 2 pm. Ubers are a popular mode of transport in Manchester. We would recommend using this as they are easy and cheaper than taxis. We hope to see you all on day two to continue the celebrations.

As we know a lot of our guests will be travelling from Ireland. Flights will be flying out from Kerry on: Friday-Monday Alternatively there will be flights going from Shannon and Cork on numerous days to Manchester.
