Our Wedding

Our story began in 2018 when we met at work. Darryl was a line cook, and Shanise was a server and bartender. We crossed paths when we least expected it, but from the very beginning, there was an undeniable connection.The first time we spent time together, everything felt natural. The conversation flowed effortlessly, and the chemistry was instant—it felt as though we had known each other for years. As our friendship blossomed, so did our love, and on March 3, 2019, Darryl asked Shanise to be his girlfriend.In October 2020, we took a leap of faith and moved to California together. It was a major life change, filled with new experiences, challenges, and opportunities. Through every obstacle, we stood by each other, growing stronger as a couple and building a life rooted in love, trust, and partnership.Over the years, our love continued to deepen, and our friendship became even stronger. Then, in 2024, Darryl got down on one knee and asked Shanise to spend forever by his side. Without hesitation, she said “Yes!”Today, we celebrate the journey that brought us here and look forward to all the adventures still to come. We are so grateful to share this special day with the people we love most as we begin our next chapter together as husband and wife ❤️💍
