What shoes should women wear to the venue?
The wedding venue has a lot of stairs to get down to the ceremony space, but is made of artificial turf. We recommend that ladies wear a block heel or wedges for the most comfort!


Are kids invited?
To allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our special day an adults only event. We thank you for your understanding.


Will the ceremony and reception be held at the same spot?
Yes! Everything will be at the Palmer Reserve!


Will a shuttle be provided to and from the venue?
Yes! There will be one 56 person bus shuttling people to and from the venue. Please let the Bride & Groom know if you will need the shuttle so we can coordinate who will be on what shift for the shuttle. They will be picking up at both hotels listed under travel.


What if I have trouble navigating steps?
The venue provides two golf carts that are at use at all times of the wedding. You will be able to get picked up and dropped off by your car and avoid all the stairs completely.
