We understand that our venue location will involve travel and potential lodging for all of our guests. Luckily, our jobs offer us the wonderful perk of discounted rates for staying at Hyatt hotels! Please refer to the “accommodations” section on our wedding website for instructions as to how you may receive our Friends & Family Rate for the Hyatt Regency near the venue, along with various options for other hotels or rentals in the area! The Friends & Family Rate is first come first serve, as slots are limited.

Cocktail or semi-formal attire has been requested to align with the venue’s dress code. While we encourage you to wear whatever makes you feel your best, we’d love for the overall look to complement the colors we've chosen to help make the day even more beautiful. We ask that Fall colors are considered when finding your perfect outfit.

Formal invites will be sent at the beginning of Summer 2025 and we ask that you state your attendance status through our wedding website. The last day to RSVP is August 31st, 2025.

We've got you covered! Please disclose this information when RSVPing, to ensure the venue may have adequate time to modify your meal. We will be having a plated dinner.

As much as we love little ones, we have made the decision to make our wedding an adults-only event.

We ask that only the names listed on your invitation are taken into consideration when RSVPing.

It will be pretty chilly, but there should not be heavy snow sticking to the ground at that time of year. The ceremony will be taking place outdoors (weather permitting) and the reception will be primarily indoors, though there is an outdoor deck.
