Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30, so we are requesting guests to arrive no earlier than 4:00 and no later than 4:30. If you have not arrived by 4:30, you will be asked to wait until the ceremony has concluded to enter the venue. We appreciate your understanding in ensuring Saiyan and I have our special moment, uninterrupted.

Cocktail attire preferred! We are encouraging summer colors and patterns, and kindly request that you not wear jeans or t-shirts. Our bridesmaids will be wearing floor length chiffon dresses and groomsmen will be wearing suits.

We will be making our grand exit at 9:15 and guests are expected to leave by 9:30. Our vendors will begin breaking down at that time.

We will be having an unplugged ceremony so that our photographer can do his best work capturing our big day. Please refrain from using your phone during the ceremony, but feel free to take as many pictures the rest of the day! We will be sharing a QR code at the reception for guests to upload and share photos they've taken throughout the day.

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate additional guests not explicitly stated on the invite. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

The first two rows of the ceremony will be reserved for immediate family but all other rows are open seating! There will be designated seats at the reception with a seating chart to help you find your table.

Our ceremony will take place outside in a shaded area of the venue, but cocktail hour and the reception will be inside in the main chateau.

Yes! There will be a bar at the venue serving beer, wine, and cocktails. No outside food or beverages are allowed.

We are serving various appetizers and entrees with some vegetarian options, but unfortunately the venue does not offer a gluten free entree. Please reach out to us to make other arrangements!

There is a designated smoking area below the reception that is cigarette/cigar friendly, but marijuana is not allowed.

We have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adult only event, excluding immediate family.
