Is the ceremony and reception at the same venue?
Yes!
Will the ceremony and reception be held indoors or outdoors?
Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors.
What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
The dress code for our wedding is formal/cocktail attire. Ladies can wear floor-length, midi, or cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen can wear a suit and tie or a dress shirt.
What happens after the ceremony?
After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby for about an hour. Guests can head to the photo booth to take pictures or bar where we will be serving hors d'oeuvres and beverages.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! But, unfortunately no shots.
Where should guests park? Is parking free?
Guests can either park in the parking lot directly outside the venue, Lyft/Uber, or take shuttles over from the Marriott Northwest providing shuttle service. The parking and shuttle service options are free of cost.
Do you have a hotel block for guests?
Yes, four of the six hotels listed in the "Travel" tab have room blocks for guests both Saturday night and Sunday night.
When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?
Once invitations are sent out, we would like you to RSVP online by August 5th to give us time to finalize guest count with the caterers and other vendors.
Can I bring a date or plus one?
Because we are having a large wedding, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on the wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.
Are children invited?
Due to the 21+ nature of our venue, we have to keep our wedding and reception an adult-only event.
