The reason why I decided to swipe right and give Scott a chance is because of a picture a lot like this one. His profile seemed pretty "stock" at first; there was a picture of him with a dog, him playing a sport (hockey), and him with a baby (his niece, Shay). I scroll to the fourth picture and it's a beautiful supercell he chased. At this point I'm thinking to myself, "Okay, I gotta meet this guy." There was a winter storm coming in and we didn't want to drive far with the roads becoming more ice-covered with each passing hour, so our first date consisted of Panda Express and several episodes of The Blacklist.

Since then, Scott and I have found way more interesting things to do and dates to go on, with our most favorite being storm chasing. I knew Scott and I would end up together forever when I realized how great of a team we make while chasing down one of mother nature's most intense phenomena - tornadoes. In some of the most stressful situations, we communicate with ease and trust each other blindly.
