Oh the beaches....Pack a picnic, (all you really need is wine and chips am I right?) a blanket, and a good book.

The most beautiful white sandy beaches. If you want to be a true tourist go to sandbanks for a few hours and people watch while getting your tan on!

Little Bluff:
A conservation area, beautiful crystal clean water. Small pebbles, and lots of wildlife (hello snakes). Go here if you don't want to run into any humans.

Do you like limestone? Do you want to feel like you're on the edge of the world? Do you want to sit on a lawn chair with your toes in the water sipping a cold one? This is the spot. It's a bit hard to find, but once you're there you'll never want to leave.

Sand and Pearl Oyster Bar: If spending some time at Sandbanks, this place is a MUST to stop by on your way out. Great food, chill atmosphere, outdoor patio, what more do ya need?
The Drake Devonshire: The seats on the patio are hard to come by but the view is worth the wait. Fancy drinks, or pints of beer and good snacks.
The Saylor House Cafe: Adorable little cafe in Bloomfield specializing in making you feel warm and fuzzy. Fresh baked goods, and down home hospitality.
Picton Harbour Inn: So you're hungover? Head here for breakfast to heal all that ails ya.
