Yes. While we love your children, there will be no dedicated child care or babysitter at the venue throughout the entirety of our wedding events. If you still wish to bring your children, please note that parents will be responsible for them. Our children will be there throughout the night and special children’s tables will be set up!

There is a room block under “Wilt Wedding” at the Comfort Inn in Ottawa Ks, about 10 miles from the venue. You will need to call the hotel directly at 785-242-9898

The ceremony starts at 4pm so please arrive by 3:30pm and find your seats by 3:45pm. Please do not show up earlier than 3:20pm as our vendors will be putting the finishing touches on our special day!

Yes. The dress code is “church outfits”. Nice jeans/dresses/button up etc. Make sure it’s comfortable so you can get out on the dance floor with us! We ask that you DO NOT wear RED, BLACK, or WHITE, as those colors are reserved for the wedding party and vendors.

There is plenty of parking downtown Wellsville (on either side of the street) where the ceremony and reception are being held. If in front of the venue is full please park right down the block at City Hall.

We do not have a registry, but if you would like to gift we ask you make a contribution towards the open bar or honeymoon fund via Venmo, PayPal, Cashapp, or cash. Info for that will be at the reception.

The invite includes you, your SO and children. Unless we have otherwise specified. Please note them on the RSVP so we can include them in the final count for drinks/food.

No. You will be responsible for your own transportation to and from the hotel and venue.

It can be warm during the day but cooler at night with temps around 40°f-50°f. Please plan accordingly.

There will be a honeymoon fund/open bar contribution cash box if you’d like to gift. We will not have a registry.

Yes, we will have a limited open beer bar, and 2 signature cocktails served during cocktail hour. BYOB is welcomed and encouraged but we will have several beer options but limited amounts. NO LIQUOR will be allowed, if you bring liquor in you will be asked to leave. We ask you leave all coolers in your vehicles until the reception, the DJ will make an announcement when it’s alright to bring your coolers in.
