Our Wedding

Matt and Shannon both went to Westbrook High School together, but did not know each other at this time. After high school, Matt went to Ithaca College for physical therapy and Shannon went to Saint Joseph's College for nursing. After graduation, Matt took a job working as a PT in Maine, then continued on to become a travel physical therapist. Shannon took a nursing position in Maine and they met fall of 2012. Matt was currently living in Washington state, and came home for a wedding. Both were introduced through a mutual friend and had their first date at Higgins Beach in Maine. Matt ended up moving home January, 2013 and that's when they both started dating. That August of 2013, both took a leap of faith and Shannon joined Matt to become a travel nurse. Since then, Matt and Shannon have traveled to Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Maui, Honolulu, San Diego, Cape Cod, and now Boston. They have also became parents to the cutest little golden retriever, Bruin! (not so little anymore). Matt and Shannon couldn't be more excited about the wedding and what adventures lie ahead in their future.

Rooms have been blocked for the Northrop/Dubois wedding. Breakfast will be included in your stay if you go and book directly. There will be a free shuttle to Federal Jack's after the wedding for the after party.

Travel

On Saturday, 10/14/2017, Dan and Denise Dubois (the groom's parents) are hosting a BBQ at their home for anyone who wants to continue the celebration with Matt and Shannon.
