We will have shuttles transporting guests from the Hyatt Houe to the wedding venue. Feel free to drive yourself to both venues as well. There will be plenty of parking available!

Shuttles will be arriving at the hotel around 6 PM. The shuttles will continue to run through the cocktail hour until the reception begins at 8PM. Shuttles will return around 11:00 PM to begin escorting guests back to the hotel.

Most of the wedding ceremony and reception will be indoors. Cocktail hour will be outdoors, with a covered option available.

We are asking guests to dress in black tie optional attire. Come ready to look your best and dance all night!

There will be a break of time between the ceremony and the reception. The ceremony will end around 3PM and guests are invited to the Whitby Castle starting at 6:30PM. Cocktail hour will begin at 7PM. This is a great time to check into your hotel room, head to the hotel bar, or walk through downtown Rye! There is also a bar at the Whitby Castle if you wish to arrive earlier than 6:30PM!
