Our Wedding

We met in London in 2017, in a pub in Clapham North. Whilst on a trip to New York in 2018, we agreed to move to Brisbane, Tim's home town the following year. Following our 3 years in Brisbane, we are looking forward to celebrating our wedding in the South of France amongst our closest friends and family from all over the world. It would be our pleasure to have you join us at 3.30pm in the courtyard of Le Manoir de l'Etang for our wedding ceremony, followed by a night of great French food &amp; wine, music and dancing. Given the complexities of an overseas wedding, and the challenges for everyone with travelling, we would greatly appreciate if you could give us an indication on whether or not you believe you will be able to attend. Après&nbsp;nos&nbsp;3&nbsp;ans&nbsp;à&nbsp;Brisbane,&nbsp;nous&nbsp;sommes&nbsp;ravis&nbsp;de&nbsp;célébrer&nbsp;notre&nbsp;mariage&nbsp;dans&nbsp;le&nbsp;sud&nbsp;de&nbsp;la&nbsp;France&nbsp;parmi&nbsp;nos familles et&nbsp;du&nbsp;monde&nbsp;entier. Nous&nbsp;serions&nbsp;heureux&nbsp;de&nbsp;vous&nbsp;avoir&nbsp;à&nbsp;nous&nbsp;rejoindre&nbsp;à&nbsp;15h30&nbsp;au&nbsp;Manoir&nbsp;de&nbsp;l’Etang&nbsp;pour&nbsp;notre&nbsp;cérémonie&nbsp;laïque,&nbsp;suivie&nbsp;d’un repas et soirée dansante.&nbsp; Compte&nbsp;tenu&nbsp;de&nbsp;la&nbsp;complexité&nbsp;d’un&nbsp;mariage&nbsp;à&nbsp;l’étranger&nbsp;et&nbsp;des&nbsp;défis&nbsp;pour&nbsp;tous&nbsp;ceux&nbsp;qui&nbsp;voyagent,&nbsp;nous&nbsp;vous&nbsp;serions&nbsp;très&nbsp;reconnaissants&nbsp;de&nbsp;nous&nbsp;donner&nbsp;une&nbsp;indication&nbsp;si&nbsp;vous&nbsp;pensez&nbsp;ou&nbsp;non&nbsp;être des nôtres.

There is one room available at the venue, with a minimum stay from the 2nd to the 4th of September. All bookings are through us directly, and on a first come first served basis.

Nice airport is 25 minutes by car from the airport to the wedding venue.

Nice Côte d'Azur Airport

Cannes train station is 20 minutes by car from the wedding venue. If you are travelling from another location in France or Italy, this is the recommended train station.

Travel & Accommodation

Mougins Village is a beautiful small town at the top of Mougins, known for it's gastronomy and charm. It is a 6 minute drive or 30 minute walk from the wedding venue.

Cannes is the closest town, and has a great holiday atmosphere soaked with luxury boutiques and classic french restaurants. If you have time, I would recommend Rue Saint Antoine for traditional French cuisine, and Morrisons Irish pub for a drink. The Plage du Martinez, is a fabulous beach spot for a few drinks and lunch.

La Croisette - Cannes

Isle Saint Marguerite is a local Island with an old prison on it. It's a great day out for exploring with boats leaving from Cannes regularly.

Nice City is just a 30 minute train ride away from Cannes.

You can take the train from Cannes to Eze and hike to the village at the top of the hill with fabulous Mediterranean views in the background.
