Our Wedding

Eric and Shannon met as friends while working together back in 2013. They initially met up for drinks one evening in the summer of 2014 and had a blast! Life got in the way for a while and about a year later they decided to meet up again and once again had a great time! From 2015 to 2017 they would hang out and catch up as often as possible with the busy schedules they both kept. Eric really liked Shannon and wanted to take the next step so he asked her to marry him in 2017 but she wasn't ready. They became distant for a short time and then decided to give it a go and go all-in with true relationship at the end of 2017.A few years later during a global pandemic while vacationing in Tybee Island, GA, Eric popped the question, again... This time Shannon said yes! They have been through a lot of ups and downs but mostly ups and are excited to be with all their closest friends and family in North Carolina, October 2-5, 2022 to celebrate! All guests are invited for the three night event. The cost for each adult is $300 which includes lodging for the three nights and meals as described in the Q&amp;A section of our site. The $300 per adult needs to be paid directly to the venue at: https://www.hawkesdene.com/guest-payments/Kids 8 and over are $150 for the three night stay.
