Here is the story... we met at Flannigans! It was March and we were playing in a indoor sand volleyball league. We have a mutual love for volleyball and "coincidentally" ended up playing together week after week, as my team always needed a sub (and our friend Johnny kept convincing AJ to come).

After several weeks of eyeing each other (and some meddling from our friends), AJ asked if I wanted to get Chipotle after our game one week. We talked for five hours that night and decided to go on an official date the following weekend! We both had so many things we wanted to know about each other and so many questions, but the most prominent influence pulling us together was our mutual faith in our savior Jesus Christ.

Being able to grow together and towards God in pursuit of a holy relationship has been such a fulfilling experience for us. It was clear to both of us that we didn't cross paths by chance, but by the Lord's providence. God had such a clear role in bringing us together which has allowed us to move forward with a special kind of confidence.

We love spending time together and knew early on this was a forever kind of love. After hours of deep conversations we decided husband and wife was the goal! Now here we are. We are both so in love, so excited, peace-filled, and grateful to God for His never-ending goodness.
