If guests decide to book rooms at Eagle Ridge Resort and Spa, a two-night minimum stay is required. For booking purposes please call (1-800-892-2269) to book rooms or villas and use our name, "Koegel/Sullivan Wedding" or group # 69981E, to receive a discount. If you book online you will not be able to reserve with our discount.

If staying in a villa on the resort, a shuttle will be provided for transportation to the venue. Guest may call the Front Desk at 815-777-5000 to arrange pick up location and time.

All Villas are within a 6-minute drive to the venue and hotel rooms are a short walk. Reservations will be accepted until Thursday, August 1, 2024.
