What should I do if I cant make it?
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
What if I don't RSVP by the deadline?
If we do not recieve an RSVP back from you by August 12th 2024, you will be marked as "not attending". The reason for this being that we must provide accurate guest counts to all of our vendors within a timely manner. We hope you understand and we will miss you celebrating with us!
What time should I arrive?
Our ceremony will start promptly at 3:30pm. We recommend that you arrive no earlier then 45 minutes before the ceremony, but no later then 15 minutes before the start of the ceremony. This is to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!
Will the Ceremony be indoor or outdoor?
Our Ceremony and Reception will be held at the 8820. We plan to have our ceremony outside (weather permitting). We do ask that you plan accordingly.
What should I wear?
We would love to see our guest dressed to impress along with being comfortable. Our dress code will be formal. We would love to see the ladies dressed in nice dresses or skirts with the men in dress pants and a nice jacket. We request to avoid colors traditional to the bride (white, ivory, cream, etc.). Just make sure whatever you choose to wear is something you can hit the dance floor in!
Can I bring a plus one?
As much as we would love to share the love with everyone on our big day, due to limitations at our venue, we please ask that you do not bring anyone not specifcally on the RSVP.
Can my children be in on the fun?
As much as we love all the little ones, please consider our wedding day as a fun night off and enjoy plenty of free food, drinks, and fun at our adult only event. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
Will you have an open bar?
Yes! The drinks are on us but the hangover is on you. Please enjoy everything from mixed drinks, to beer, to wine. Though we are having an open bar, please consider tipping our amazing bartenders. This is encouraged but not required. We have waited a long time for this day so please party accordingly.
Will you have any transportation?
Our main goal for all of our guest to have a fun safe time. Due to us having an open bar, we want everyone to get home safe. We will be providing a shuttle service to do rides back and forth from the venue to the hotel in which we blocked rooms (please see travel section of the website). The shuttle will hold a max of 6 people at a time. With this being said, rides back to the hotel from the venue the first shuttle will be at 7:30pm and the last being at 10pm. If you plan to go anywhere besides the hotel and have been drinking we please ask that you take a ride share service to your destination. Our venue does allow cars to be parked there overnight so please consider taking the shuttle or a ride share service if you have been drinking.
Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?
We will be having an unplugged ceremony but we do encourage guests to post pictures from the cocktail hour and reception on to their social media channels. Our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #keepingupwiththekozlowskis so we can keep track of all of your pictures! We promise to share pictures of the ceremony from our wonderful photography team as soon as we get them!
I still have questions, what is the best way to contact you?
Please send us an email via our wedding email thekozlowskiwedding@gmail.com if you have any future questions!
