Shuttles by Thoroughbred Transportation
We have arranged for two shuttles to provide transportation between the hotels with room blocks and the venue, both before the ceremony and after the reception. Both shuttles will be arriving and departing at the following times:
Courtyard by Marriot
Arrival: 3:30 PM
Departure: 3:45 PM
Springhill Suites
Arrival: 3:50 PM
Departure: 4:00 PM.
Return to Hotels
Arrival at Venue: 10:00 PM

Hotel Room Blocks
We have room blocks at two hotels in the west Annapolis area: Courtyard by Marriot and SpringHill Suites. Shuttle transportation to and from the wedding venue will be provided at both locations. Both hotels are about three miles from historic downtown Annapolis and five miles from the wedding venue.
Courtyard by Marriot Annapolis
The bride, groom, and their families will be staying at the Courtyard by Marriot Annapolis, where we have a block of 20 rooms. Rooms with one king bed are available for $219 per night and rooms with two queen beds are available for $229 per night. Parking is free. Meals are available for purchase at the onsite bistro or 24-hour market.

SpringHill Suites Annapolis
Our second room block (20 rooms) is at SpringHill Suites Annapolis, right around the corner from the Courtyard by Marriot. Suites with one king bed or two queen beds are both available for $159 per night. Breakfast is included. Parking is $10 per night. There is an indoor pool and hot tub onsite!
