We met at Bloomsburg University in January 2018 as we lived in the same apartment complex (and matched on Tinder!). For our first date, we saw "A Quite Place" in theaters and the rest was history! Both of us graduated in December 2020 and purchased our first home just 6 months later. Through the years, we adopted 2 cats (Nova and Cyrus) and 2 dogs (Dewey and Nelson). On May 7th, 2023, we loaded Dewey and Nelson in the car and took a day trip to Bloomsburg, where Joey knelt down on one knee and asked Shannon to be his wife.
