Please RSVP by 9/6/2024!

There is free parking on site. Also, we will have shuttles going to and from select hotels. The shuttle will pick up from the Fairfield Inn & Suites Madison East ( 2702 Crossroads Dr, Madison, WI 53718)-this is directly next to the Courtyard Madison East- at 1:45 pm and leave at 1:54 pm. The shuttle will then go to The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Madison (5150 High Crossing Blvd, Madison, WI 53718) for pick up at 1:55 pm. The shuttle will leave this hotel and go to the venue at 2:05 pm. Leaving the venue, one shuttle will leave at 10:15 pm and one shuttle will leave at 10:45 pm. Each shuttle will get you to your appropriate hotel!

If all goes according to plan, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside. The reception will be inside.

As much as we love the kiddos in our lives, due to space, unfortunately children are not invited. Thank you for understanding!

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/casual cocktail attire.

Help us get the party started as scheduled! Our ceremony starts at 3:00 pm so please plan to arrive no later than 2:45 pm.
