Sarah is the brides older sister by 3 years. She has been by Shannon’s side cheering her on since day one. Sarah is a bold, and wise confidant for her sister. Shannon feels so lucky to have a sister that is also a best friend. Sarah has the biggest heart and so much compassion, she is an inspiration for Shannon. Sarah is a new mother to Shannon and Austin's first niece, Elle, who will be the beautiful flower baby.

Jacquie and Shannon became instant best friends in nursing school in 2015. Together they studied late into the night and got through early morning clinicals. They have been inseparable ever since. Jacquie is an incredibly loyal, selfless and caring friend. Shannon had the honor of being a bridesmaid when Jacquie married the love of her life; Patrick- who is also one of Austin’s groomsmen!

Jessica and Shannon have been friends since 2012! They met the first week of college at Saint Mary’s. Jessica has been there through the good, bad and ugly and always has been a loyal amazing friend! The fun memories are endless. Jessica has been a consistent voice of reason in Shannon's life since college. Austin and Shannon actually have Jessica to thank for this marriage, if it wasn’t for her wonderful birthday they may have never crossed paths!

Brittany has been one of Shannon’s best friends since junior high. (circa MySpace top 8 days) From getting in trouble for giggling in glass to cheerleading competitions to sending care packages during nursing school. Shannon had the privilege of being Brittanys Maid of Honor when she married the love of her life, Geoff, and became a Nelson! Brittany is now an amazing mom to three beautiful babies! Brittany is a ray of sunshine in this world, her friendship is one that will always be cherished.

Corrine is Shannon’s soon to be sister-in-law! She married Tyler, Austin’s brother in December 2024! Shannon feels so lucky to have a future sister-in-law like Corrine, she is so fun, creative and caring. She is always keeping everyone around her cracking up. They have had so much fun together on family vacations and holidays. Not only is Corrine fun but she is very driven and has an incredible eye for all things aesthetic!Shannon has been so grateful for her wonderful advice with planning!

Suzanne is Shannon’s sister-in-law, Married to Sarah. Suzanne is supportive, kind and tenacious! She is someone you want in your corner and Shannon is so thankful that Suzanne always has her back! Suzanne cares deeply about others and loves to help those in need. Suzanne is also incredibly fun and always down for some friendly competition with Riley and Austin. Suzanne, like Sarah is a new mother to Shannon and Austin’s first niece; Elle, who will be the flower baby at the wedding!

Riley is Shannon’s younger brother by 9 years. Riley and Austin have always been like brothers. They have so much fun together, messing around with each other and everyone around them. These two are both competitive and love to challenge each other to games. Riley is very driven, smart, and funny. Austin has been able too see Riley grow up from being just a kid in junior high to now in college. Shannon and Austin are both so proud of Riley and are excited to see his bright future unfold.

Tyler is Austin’s younger brother and best friend. Austin just had the privilege of being Tyler’s best man at his wedding this past December. Tyler has always been supportive, kind and fun. Growing up they were very competitive but also each other’s greatest ally. Tyler now lives in New York but they talk everyday and keep each other up to date on all things sports and gym.

Patrick Aka “Paddy” has been a great friend to both Shannon and Austin for many years. Austin first met Paddy when Jacquie and Shannon were in nursing school. They started as the sweet, supportive boyfriends whose girlfriends were busy with school to becoming great friends. Paddy is a genuine, kind, fun friend, he is always there for anything his friends and family need. Austin had the honor of being one of paddy’s groomsmen at he and Jacquies wedding a few years back.

Tom and Austin have been friends since their days in college at USC. One of Austin’s favorite memories is when they traveled to Japan together with friends. Tom lives in So Cal with his wife and daughters. Although they don’t live near each other Austin and Tom have stayed very close friends.
