Welcome to our love story!

Our journey began in December of 2022. We met through the dating app Bumble, where a simple conversation sparked an unexpected connection. It is shocking that it took us this long to cross paths with our countless connections.

As we spent more time together, we discovered shared interest like trying local breweries and restaurants around town, game nights, and testing new recipes out at home. We have also enjoyed countless adventures together from a road trip to Denver to watch the Yankees, games at U.S. Bank Stadium and Lambeau Field, weekends at the lake, and our yearly quest to eat more burgers than the previous year during the Sioux Falls Burger Battle, our bond grew stronger each day.

The highlight of our story came on April 20, 2024, when Lucas proposed to Shannon in Downtown Sioux Falls, and we joyfully said “yes” to forever.
