Upgrading does come with some benefits as you get access to an extra bar and restaurant, and you get access to the Adults only pool. For us, that is worth the extra cost but it's up to you to decide. No it is not a good idea to drink the water in Dominican Republic. Rest assured though as they use filtered bottle water and restock everyday in your hotel room. Please use bottled water to brush your teeth as well. They also use filtered ice for any drinks.

No, unfortunately for our wedding package we cannot accommodate outside guests. The resort only offers a limited number of guest passes per day. We cannot guarantee you will be allowed to access the resort if you are not staying there. We require all guests to be staying at the resort.
