The ceremony will be held outdoors (weather permitting), on the private terrace in the White Garden at the rear of the lower level of D.D & Velma Davis Education & Visitor Center. The ceremony site overlooks scenic Lake Glacier. In the event of inclimate weather, the ceremony will be held in the main reception area. Guest seating starts at 3:00pm, with the ceremony beginning at 3:30pm.

Guests may take a stroll in the gardens, or visit the bar located in the John C. Melnick, M.D. Mill Creek Park Museum room while enjoying live music performed by the Silver & Strings Trio. An assortment of meats, cheeses, crackers, and fresh fruit will be available.

The reception will be held on the lower level of the D.D. & Velma Davis Education & Visitor Center. A buffet-style dinner will be served along with an assortment of cookies per Youngstown tradition. Refreshments will be served in the John C. Melnick, M.D. Mill Creek Park Museum room. The Daniel L. Rossi Auditorium will serve as the main reception space, including a dance floor, where we’ll celebrate with the evening’s MC, DJ Pickle.

Cleanup will begin between 10-10:30pm. All guests, including the bridal party, must vacate the venue no later than 11:00pm.
