This wedding is a black tie event. Solid & black or dark winter color palette gowns are strongly encouraged for women.

We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation as we are at max capacity. Therefore, we regretfully ask our guests to please not bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named on the invitation you receive.

While we love your little ones, this will be an adult only event.

Please utilize our wedding block link to book at Residence Inn Short Pump at the Notch. Please see the 'Travel' tab for more information. You will need to book by January 8, 2025 to utilize our room-block rates.

For those flying: Richmond Airport (RIC) is located a quick 15 minutes from downtown Richmond and is the closest airport. Reagan National (DCA) and Dulles (IAD) airports are located in Washington D.C., both about 1.5 hours from Richmond. Amtrak trains also run regularly from D.C.'s Union Station.

Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors at the Dover Hall Ballroom.

Transportation shuttles to Dover Hall will be provided from the Residence Inn only. Transportation shuttles from Dover Hall to the Residence Inn will also be provided at ~11pm ET on February 8th.

Shuttle pickup times from the Residence Inn to the Dover Hall ceremony will be announced. The ceremony will begin at 3pm. We ask that you arrive and are seated by 2:30pm so that we can begin on time!
