The ceremony will be outside. The cocktail hour will be indoors and outdoors. The reception will be indoors.

With the capacity limitations of our venue, please refer to your invitation for guidance. If your invitation and RSVP do not include " & guest", then we are unfortunately not able to accommodate a plus one. Thank you for understanding!

Yes, bus shuttle service will be available for guest staying at the XXX. The bus will leave promptly at 6pm. Check with the hotel the day of the wedding for the shuttle schedule. There will be a return shuttle back to the hotel at the end of the night.

The bridesmaids will be wearing pink and the groomsmen will be wearing black.
