Both hotels with wedding room blocks are located next door to each other in Leesburg, VA. The hotels are about a 20-30 minute drive from Dulles International Airport, and about a 30 minute drive from the venue. Wedding shuttles will be picking up outside of each hotel, and will depart for the venue by 4:00pm. If you are using the shuttle, you can only park in the hotel parking lots if you are a guest. If you are staying elsewhere and using the shuttles, it is recommended that you take alternate transportation to the hotels prior to the scheduled departure time.

If you would like to be closer to the venue, there are plenty of AirBnB's in the surrounding area. However, your chances of getting an Uber or Lyft from the venue are slim. There is plenty of parking at the venue if you would prefer to drive.
