Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless specifically indicated on your envelope. We can accommodate more people in the evening so just speak with us if you'd like to bring a plus one to the evening. Thank you for understanding!
Is seating random?
Nope! For the ceremony please sit where you'd like (there will be some reserved seats which will be indicated on the seat). However, we will be carefully arranging a seating plan inside the venue after the ceremony, so our guests are sat with people that they know.
When should I RSVP by?
Kindly RSVP by 30th January 2024, even if you are a really close family member! Please RSVP for each person on the envelope. If you cannot attend, we will miss you and will appreciate you letting us know as soon as you can. This is due to needing to send final headcounts to our venue to ensure everyone is catered for.
What should I do if I'm late to the ceremony?
If you are late for the ceremony don't worry! We have set 1:00 pm as our start/arrival time however, the actual ceremony won't be until 2 pm. We would recommend arriving at the latest 1:45 pm, this way you will still have time to find a seat and make yourself comfortable. The ceremony will start promptly at 2 pm and you won't be able to join the ceremony if you arrive after this time unfortunately, but please still attend the reception and wedding breakfast! Thank you for understanding.
Since there will be alcohol, what should we do about driving?
At the Barn there is a free car park that guests can use. We want you all to get home safely and the alcohol will definitely be flowing, so please consider prebooking a taxi to get you home safely. You can leave your car at the venue overnight and the Barn asks that any cars are collected by 11 am the following day. Please be aware that you are leaving your car there at your own risk.

Will the ceremony and reception/wedding breakfast be indoors or outdoors?
We are hoping that the ceremony can take place outdoors, and the rest of the day including the wedding breakfast will take place inside the Barn. If the weather does not permit an outside ceremony then we have an indoor alternative available where the ceremony can take place.
