Fate is something that describes their unique love story. Shannon and Kevin have enjoyed a very happy and joyful almost five years together since they met. They got engaged on a little boat, in the Blue Grotto in Capri, Italy on October 12, 2022. They were set up by a mutual friend and had their first date on October 5, 2019 at The Beverly Hills Hotel. The date went on for hours as they shared stories, laughed so much, and realized how similar they were. They clicked.
The funny thing is ten years prior, Shannon’s client and a different friend also tried setting her up with Kevin saying the two of them had so much in common and had a gut feeling they would be perfect for each other! Shannon turned down the initial set up because she was seeing someone at the time and was not totally single, the timing was just not right. But it just goes to show you, when you are least expecting it, not looking, that’s when the Universe and God step in!
Kevin and Shannon love their daily life together and reside in the South Bay of Southern California. They love walking their dogs Capo and Tropez on the beach, playing pickleball, making homemade pizza, wine tasting, going to the Golf club with friends, driving their golf cart around town with the dogs, and enjoying a Sunset barbecue at the beach club. They also love to travel and are looking forward to their tropical honeymoon this fall. They are so happy to finally have their wedding party and reception, which they pushed back a year later due to Shannon’s father’s cancer. This fall, it will be held at The Beverly Hills Hotel, 5 years to the day, of their first date there, where they fell in love and the rest was history. It’s with great happiness to say that Shannon’s father, who was diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer last year, has survived even when he was not supposed to and is doing so much better! It’s a true miracle.
Kevin and Shannon wanted an intimate and beautiful wedding reception and cannot wait to celebrate with their loved ones flying in from all over the country to be there on their special day! ❤️🥂
