It all started in June 2020, Kevin reached out to Shannon over social media. Kevin asked Shannon on a few dates before she agreed to meet him at Petrucci's Ice Cream in King of Prussia, PA. They hit it off and started their love story.

About 8 months later, Kevin had to move back to Vermont for work and Shannon had to stay in Pennsylvania for school. They asked themselves "What do we do now?" Kevin and Shannon agreed to conquer over three years of long distance together. They Facetimed every night at 9 o'clock sharp! There were lots of road trips back and forth, flights delayed and canceled! They made the most out of long weekends and summers! Nights together were spent at Fire and Ice in Middlebury, VT or Two Stones Pub in Kennett Square, PA. After three years of hard goodbyes and long phone calls, May 17th, 2024, at Petrucci's Ice Cream, Kevin asked Shannon to marry him. She said yes!!
