We met at work! I (Shannon speaking) was new to the company and Daniel was starting his 10th year. Everyone told me if I needed any help to go straight to Daniel for questions as he was "a CAD genius." I liked him right away and it took what felt like FOREVER, but he asked me out on a date during our company party. He clearly didn't know I liked him because he looked a bit shocked when I said yes! LOL

We’re getting married on October 14, 2025, a Tuesday. Why a Tuesday? Because it will be exactly 2 years after our first date. After a day that we both knew was the beginning of the rest of our lives. It felt a bit unreal how perfect the day was and how immediate our connection was. He was the person I had been waiting for, and likewise, I was the person he had been waiting for. Daniel proposed on June 6th, 2024 during our hike to Cooper Canyon Falls.... in the middle of a waterfall!

We are beyond excited and blessed to spend the rest of our lives together and so happy to celebrate our union amongst our family and friends.
