We have gotten group rates at the Sandman Suites downtown:

For the dates of June 29 and 30th. All suites have a fully-equipped kitchen! They have double-twin rooms available too, let us know if either we have used up our reserved spaces, or you'd need a different room and we can probably get it. As a warning, the rates are only guaranteed until May 15th, and only if there's still space!

Reservation instructions from the hotel:

Guests can make their own reservations by calling the 24-hour Central reservations at 1-800- sandman (726-3626) and press 1. The reservations also can be made by sending email to reservations@Sandman.ca. In order to receive the correct rates, callers must identify themselves by quoting the group number and group name. A valid credit card is required at the time of reservation to secure any guests rooms.
