Shades Restaurant at the Waterfront Beach Resort

At our hotel, Waterfront Beach Resort, we will be having a welcome gathering for all of our guests. The Shades Restaurant will be setting up an outdoor social area, with cocktail tables and an hors d'oeuvres bar for guests to mingle and enjoy some refreshments.

Daniel and I are going to travel to some nearby wineries, and choose some locally made wine and sparkling wine for guests to enjoy at the gathering.

The hors d'oeuvres will probably be enough that no one will need to go out to dinner that night! We will be having a cheese tray to go with the wine, a cold veggie tray and chips & salsa. The hot bar will have Kobe Meatballs, Grilled Flatbread (with goat cheese, mushrooms, salami & roasted tomatoes), and Coconut Shrimp. A small desert tray will be served as well.

The best part of this location is the view of the ocean from this outdoor area at the restaurant. The sun should be setting at about 6:15 p.m. on this day in October, so we should have a breathtaking view of the sunset!

Sunday Morning Champagne Brunch

11:30 a.m.

After all the activities on Saturday, we will be saying farewell at a relaxing Sunday morning brunch. This should be a wonderful meal with bottomless champagne, a beautiful hot-bar, salads and fruits, seafood and sushi, made to omelets and waffles, and mini deserts so you can try all of them.
