When should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP no later than September 6, 2025. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend. We will miss celebrating with you, but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
The ceremony will start promptly at 6:00 pm. We ask that guests arrive 30 minutes before so that everyone can be seated on time.
Is there a dress code?
We would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! Our dress code is cocktail attire. Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors in a covered space regardless of weather. Cocktail hour will be indoors.
Can I take pictures?
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is to be fully present as we say "I do." We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like!
Am I allowed a plus one?
In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guest formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you receive a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! The drinks are on us but the hangover is on you - so get ready to party!
How should I travel to the ceremony?
Parking is free and available for guests at the venue - just tell the gate attendants that you are here for our wedding and they will direct you. The venue is not within walking distance of Biltmore Village. For guests who prefer not to drive themselves, we will have a shuttle running for guests to and from the venue and the Biltmore Village Doubletree Inn hotel (see travel page) before the ceremony and after reception. You are also allowed to use Uber/Lyft to get to and from the venue - however, the venue has advised us that it is difficult to find a rideshare service from Biltmore on weekend evenings.
