They met back in March of 2021 when Sharon started working at the same place as Gavin.

2021

In August of 2022 we started hanging out a lot as friends and going to the movies. Slowly feelings grew for each other and as of September 8, 2022 we made it officially, but Sharon's mom likes to say they been dating longer than that.

2022

On February 7, 2023, Sharons birthday, Gavin got Sharon a promise ring with the promise to marry her, to always make her happy, to always make her smile and to always be there and support her. On December 31, 2023, New Years Eve, Gavin recreated her favorite Disney princess movie Beauty and the Beast dinner scene and had a firework show and PROPOSED to her and of course she said YES!

My Maid of Honor, Autumn , and I met at work, and we quickly became work buddies. She's not only a fantastic coworker but also a true friend who always knows how to make me laugh. I'm so grateful to have her by my side on this special day.

Growing up, Harlie and I were inseparable. She's always been my biggest cheerleader, and I'm so excited to have her by my side as my bridesmaid on my wedding day.

My grandpa, Don, is not only my best man but also a dear friend and mentor. He's seen me grow up, and I couldn't imagine anyone else by my side as I marry Sharon.

Established by John Fairey in 1971, The John Fairey Garden (formerly Peckerwood Garden) is an extraordinary preservation garden on 39 acres near Hempstead, Texas. The garden is widely acclaimed for the originality of its design, its education and conservation programs, and its exceptional collection of over 3,000 plants, including many endangered and rare plants from Mexico, North America, and Asia. Docent-led group tours are offered on Open Days (see calendar).

The John Fairey Gardens 

Beautiful, plush fairways, great greens, a very challenging design and outlets, four yardages for all players, very friendly staff and a peaceful setting are attracting golfers from all over Texas. The Center also has an excellent practice facility and serves some of the best burgers in Waller County, and the Bar is opened now. Other activities include a swimming pool, fishing, antique wedding chapel and tennis courts. There is a two-acre picnic area by our stocked three-acre lake. Come experience a great golf outing with the best golf value in Texas!

An aromatic lavender farm with quaint surroundings and a scenic hillside view. The farm is about 8 miles north of the historic town of Chappell Hill, just off of the Texas Independence Trail. Antique Rose Emporium - Nursery & Display Gardens

Experience the old-world charm of Newman’s Castle, a one-of-a-kind custom creation hidden just outside of Bellville in the rolling countryside. The castle features a moat (watch out for gators!), a massive working 3,000 lb. drawbridge with an accompanying portcullis, a chapel, five round corner turrets, a courtyard, and a central keep with a dramatic view of the surrounding lands. A perimeter wall encompasses the castle, ensuring you are safe from oncoming marauders during your visit.

Newman’s Castle

Ready to catch the big one? Come on over to Gibbons Creek Reservoir. Originally stocked by The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department in 1981, the Reservoir supports healthy populations of largemouth bass, catfish, crappie, and an assortment of bluegills and sunfish. A quarter million hybrid Texas-Florida largemouth bass were introduced in 1985, with 133,000 more added to the stock in 2002. With such a rich stocking history, the fish are biting. So come on over and bring your rod and reel.
