We will send out wedding invitations and open up the RSVPs for our wedding day in early April 2025. We ask that all guests RSVP by June 1, 2025. Please complete your RSVP through our website or contact Sharon or Colin to submit your RSVP separately.

When you go to the RSVP page of our website and enter your name, you will see all guests in your party. All invited plus ones are already listed in your RSVP Party. If you have any specific questions regarding RSVPs or Plus Ones, please feel welcome to reach out to Colin or Sharon!

Yes, children are welcome to attend all wedding festivities. All children are already included in your RSVP party. Please let us know if you notice any issues with headcount for your party.

We ask that all guests arrive by 4:30pm for our wedding ceremony. The ceremony will be followed by a cocktail hour until 6:30pm, dinner reception until 11:00pm, and an after party on site.

Yes, the Bedford Village in and its sister hotel, The Grand, share a large parking lot right next to where the ceremony and reception will be held.

Any attire from cocktail to formal is welcome

Yes there will be an open bar until last call, which will be at 10:30 pm. Open bar dude!

Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outside followed by an indoor/outdoor cocktail hour and reception.
