Our Wedding

15 years ago, fate first brought us together at Blarney Stone bar And Grill in Oakville, Missouri. Shaun was a friendly regular, and Sara was the waitress who couldn’t help but notice him. We both had a little crush, but life had other plans, leading us down different paths.  Fast-forward to 2023, our paths crossed again at the most unexpected place. The produce section at Schnucks. A quick smile turned into a Facebook reconnection, which led to our first official date, a bike ride through Cliff Cave Park. Followed by a lunch at none other than Blarney Stone. From that moment on, everything fell into place, and the rest, as they say, is history! We can’t wait to celebrate this next chapter with all of you!

Q + A

Thank you for making the venture to our wedding and being part of this special day! We recommend staying in Springfield, Mo. or Branson, Mo. Both are within 25 minutes of the wedding venue in Highlandville. We have stayed at many of the Hilton hotels in Springfield and have always had a great stay with a continental breakfast.

Travel

If you’re wanting to make a weekend of your trip, we recommend heading down to Branson. There is plenty to do! From helicopter rides, to walking the landing, or the aquarium. Not too much of a drive and you can spend the day at Silver Dollar City, Fantastic Caverns, or Dixie Stamped.
