Backpacking the Pacific Crest Trail. What a great way to spend our spring break. We hiked 50 miles in three days!

Zion National Park. Our favorite National Park! This was Chris's first time hiking Angels Landing and my 4th.

Snorkeling in Maui. A definite must-do in Hawaii. Don't forget the dramamine!

Mount Haleakalā. We hiked 12 miles into the crater and back up again. Such a cool hike!

Road to Hana. Spent an entire day driving to Hana and experiencing the local drivers.

Oscar Party. The last few years we have hosted an Academy Awards costume party. It's our favorite time of year! Can you guess our costumes?

Chris finishes his graduate degree earning his MBA at CLU.

Moulin Rouge at the Pantages. One of the best musicals to see live!

Porto, Portugal. We toured the city in a tuk-tuk in the rain. Such a fun way to explore the city!

Cadiz, Spain. We made up our own walking tour in this cute little port town. Our favorite thing to do was sit down at a restaurant and enjoy the tapas!

Chicago. A quick weekend to the windy city, and it snowed!

The Sphere, Las Vegas. This was our first stop on our summer road trip.

Grand Canyon, AZ. Biking is the best way to see the Grand Canyon!

Great Sand Dunes, CO. It was super windy when we visited, but still an amazing landmark in the middle of nowhere.

Estes Park, CO. We camped, hiked, and biked through Rocky Mountain National Park. We even saw a grand-daddy elk with 10 points on each antler!

Improvised proposal. It wasn't how Chris planned it, but it was a surprise! We started the day biking to Angels Landing, but ended up in a bike shop due to a flat in my tire. He made it work and I'm so glad he did!
