Key Points about your Group Event:

 We do not offer wedding blocks, this online booking link is what can be shared with guests. Rooms are

based on availability at the time of booking and are not held till reserved by the individual guest.

 Complimentary On Site Parking

 Banquet rooms are available for Showers, brunches or getting ready if you need more space! Please

inquire with hotel if you are interested in reserving one.

 Hotel does not offer shuttle service for guests. If you have arranged shuttle transportation and would

like us to display that information the desk for your guests we would be happy to!

 Each guest room is a separate reservation and will be booked at the current rate available at the time

of the booking.

 A guest room is confirmed when you or a guest attending your event secures the room with a valid

credit card. You will not be charged at this time.

 To cancel your reservation, use the confirmation email sent to you when you booked.

 In order to provide each guest with a quick and efficient check in we are unable to distribute gift bags.

We would be happy to setup a table for your welcome bags with a sign and guests can help

themselves.

 Hotel Check In time is 4pm. We cannot guarantee early check in, it is based upon availability. We always try

our very best to accommodate all guest requests however at times we may be unable to. Anyone who would

require an early check in is recommended to book the night before to ensure they can be in their room before

4pm.
