Our Story: A New Hope

A long time ago, in a galaxy not so far away (okay, it was just down the street)...

He was a rogue smuggler with a heart of gold. She was a fearless rebel with impeccable organizational skills and a mysterious love for spreadsheets. Their worlds collided not in a cantina or aboard a starship—but in the hallowed halls of... the workplace.

Their first interaction was less of a cinematic lightsaber duel and more of a polite, “Hey, how can I access a folder on the X drive?” But destiny—much like the Force—had other plans.

He cracked jokes like Han Solo dodging asteroids; she rolled her eyes like Princess Leia but secretly laughed every time. They had a 2 hour initial phone call, spammed emails, and discovered they made a pretty unstoppable duo (even without lightsabers).

There was coffee instead of blue milk, office memes instead of secret Death Star plans, and absolutely no droids allowed in the break room.

Before they knew it, their alliance turned into a friendship, and friendship blossomed into love. Somewhere between deadlines and shared playlists, they realized they were each other’s chosen one.

So while our love story didn’t start with a dramatic rescue or galactic battle, it did start where many great stories do: at work.

And we wouldn’t have it any other way.
