While we love your little ones, we kindly ask you to join us for an adults-only celebration—a chance to relax, unwind, and enjoy this special evening with us!
This is a non-smoking facility. There is to be no smoking in or around the Barn. The fire pit shall be the designated smoking area on the Property.
We will have a shuttle to take guests who are staying at the Hampton Inn to/from the hotel to the wedding venue. The shuttle will depart the hotel at 3pm and 3:30pm to arrive before the ceremony, and will run continuously from 9:00pm to midnight to return guests to the hotel.
Vehicles may be left overnight at Peacock Ridge but they must be picked up by 11:00am the next day!
What airport should we fly into?
Cleveland or Pittsburgh. Cleveland is technically closer to the venue and Nick and Shawna’s house, but they are both an easy drive! Akron-Canton Airport is also a close option.
What if I/we have a dietary restriction?
Please reach out to Shawna, sooner rather than later, so proper arrangements can be made with the caterer and baker.
Where should we stay?
We have reserved a block of rooms at the Hampton Inn Massillon. The travel tab has a few additional recommendations for accommodations close to the venue. If you have any questions or want additional recommendations, reach out to Shawna or Nick!
Is it handicap accessible?
Yes! We’ve even arranged for a golf cart to assist those in need from the parking lot to the ceremony site!
Is there a rain plan in case of inclement weather for an outdoor ceremony?
Yes! If it decides to rain, the ceremony will be moved indoors. With that being said, let’s hope for sunshine - which means come prepared with some SPF on!
