A hotel block at the Hampton Inn and Suites Downtown has been reserved but any of the downtown hotels will be excellently located! Not a fan of downtown? There are several other Madison hotels within a 20 minute drive of the venue.

The Meet and Greet is going to be held in the Festival Room of the Wisconsin Memorial Union's Lower Level.

The ceremony and reception will be at the same location- the Wisconsin State Historical Society

If you are staying in the hotel block, the Historical Society is walking distance or you are able to drive and park in one of Madison's many downtown ramps.

Formal dress is strongly encouraged. Wedding party will be wearing dark green if you would like to avoid matching. Please no blue jeans.

There will be both indoor and outdoor components to the evening. Weather permitting, the ceremony and dance will be held outside. Dinner will be indoors. Be sure to bring a coat so you can enjoy the whole night!
