Please understand that Maxim and Shayla will be entering the busy season of their careers and would like ample time to prepare for each and every wonderful face at their wedding. Please RSVP by August 17th, 2025.
Am I allowed a plus one?
Due to space restrictions, while we would love to meet and mingle everyone those special to us would like to celebrate our day with. Please refrain from bringing anyone not formally listed on your invitation.
Are kiddos welcome at the ceremony/reception?
The little ones are welcome! Please do indicate if you would like to bring them along, otherwise, no shame in enjoying a child-free evening!
Is there a dress code for the wedding?
The couple is so happy that you asked! You know that they love to find any excuse to dress up and are so eager to witness your take on formal cocktail attire. For the ladies please wear something danceable, that can take you from day to night. Mid-length dresses are ideal. Bright and shiny on a night out are Shayla’s favorite! Please do be mindful of the bridal party’s distinguishing colors and refrain from wearing moody tones such as plum, deep purples/reds and emerald or deep forest green. Gentleman, we can not wait for you to show off your best suit wear to Maxim! He and the bride do not want to see sneakers, jeans or T-Shirts. Use this as an opportunity to really dress and feel your best.
Will my food allergy/dietary restriction be accommodated at the wedding?
Of course! We have various restrictions within our immediate family so we know how vital it is to address these needs. We will ask that you clarify any restrictions that you have on your RSVP and we will cater to that.
Will the ceremony and reception be at the same venue?
Yes, it will! Minnesota can be so unpredictable and while there is space outside for cocktail hour, weather permitting, the Blaisdell Mansion is split between three levels with ample room to celebrate, all within one building.
Where can we park?
Unfortunately, there is no perfectly attached lot to park in, but instead we have a public lot reserved straight across from the front door of the venue that will have signage directing you to the proper destination. It will take less than one minute to walk to our venue.
