Yes! There are currently rooms available at the Courtyard by Marriott. You can go to the "travel" section of our website to see the hotel name and rate! However, you have to CALL the hotel in order to use the room block. When you call mention the "Simonich-DeHoyos Wedding Room Block" and they should be able to reserve you a room!

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! Our wedding is all outdoor Italian Garden Theme so have fun and wear colors! We are requesting a semi-formal dress code for our evening. We ask that you do not wear jeans. Ties are optional. Wear whatever color you like, but please do not wear white.

We love all of your little ones! However, due to many factors including limited space and venue environment, we unfortunately cannot accommodate them.

Due to the limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.

There is onsite parking that can accommodate our entire guest count. Parking will be marked with signage. The venue does allow overnight parking but vehicles must be picked up before 10 am on Sunday.

Given the venue's close proximity to downtown Livermore and multiple hotels, there will be no formal transportation service. However, our venue is accessible via Lyft, Uber, and Taxi.

Outdoors! Our ceremony and reception will both take place exclusively outdoors. However, there is indoor space if you need to escape the heat.

Yes! A Full open bar, beer, wine, an assortment of non-alcoholic beverages, and two signature cocktails will be provided all night long!

Yes. We are having a strictly unplugged ceremony so we are asking for all devices to be put away and on silent during the ceremony. We have a professional photographer and videographer to capture every moment. Please be present with us during the ceremony. Afterwards, feel free to take as many pictures as you would like.
