Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place right outside the Crystal Palace. If it rains, we will set up inside the Crystal Palace, where dinner and dancing will take place afterwards.

The ceremony starts at 4:00pm and we recommend that you arrive a half hour before. So please aim to arrive for 3:30pm.

Although we love your little ones, our ring boy (nephew) and flower girl (niece) will be the only children in attendance. You will find a list of all invited guests for your household on your invitation envelope. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us!

There is ample parking at the Crystal Palace, if you choose to drive, we will strictly be enforcing no drinking and driving. We encourage you to park the car and also know we will be providing a shuttle. There are limited cabs in PEC, so if you can't get ahold of them, try downloading the Uride App!

Dress comfortable and in dressy casual attire! The venue does not have air conditioning so please dress light and lean into fun, spring colours if you'd like. Cocktail hour will be on grass, weather permitting, so ladies take note for your heel choice. The bridesmaids will be wearing purple, and the Mother's will be wearing gold and silver.

As of right now, the shuttle will be leaving the Ramada (11 Bay Bridge Rd, Belleville) to the venue at 3PM, to arrive at 3:30PM. There will be two shuttle time options for return back to the Ramada, one leaving the Crystal Palace at 11PM and the other leaving at 1AM. Subject to change!

Due to limitations with the venue, as of right now it will be a cash bar. Please note we will give a complimentary drink for cocktail hour and wine on table as well!
