The year was 2013 and Shawn had just received a job offer that would send him back to Los Angeles. He wanted to be as close to Malibu as possible so he drew a line on a map inland and chose a town he never heard of called Woodland Hills.

Shea had lived throughout LA her whole life and ended up moving to Woodland Hills in 2017 to be closer to her family.

Hanging out one night with a group of mutual friends Shawn and Shea briefly met in 2018, chatted a few minutes, then went their separate ways.. There were smiles, attraction, and mutual respect but Life went on. Years later the Pandemic happened, which brought zoom into our lives and to our community of friends.

We all shared stories, laughter, and Shea and Shawn began to realize that they both had very similar interests; in the arts, music, travels, and love of the beach!

2021 was the year they stopped delaying the inevitable, and went on their first date. Being still part of the Pandemic they had to drive an hour away just to see a movie. It was outside in a mall parking lot in beautiful Westminster, CA. Naturally, their first date movie was the classic: Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom. It was the beginning of what was to come.. the bestest of friends, fun, laughter, humility, and the purest love for each other.

This was the genesis of the "Organic Man" and "The Girl with the Chicken Tattoo". They were inseparable, and obviously still are, with their favorite part of each day, spending time in their happy home, listening to music, dancing, talking story, and playing with the cutest dog of all time, Gidget.
